BACKGROUND
Dr. Juan Brou was born in Peru, South America. He completed medical school at the prestigious Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia by obtaining first place in the admission examination in 1973. Dr Brou came to the United States, completing his general surgery residency at the University of Miami Medical School, Jackson Memorial Hospital program under Dr. Robert Zeppa. He trained in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston under the supervision of Dr Martin Robson. His first appointment was as an associate professor at the University Of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, excelling in the fields of limb replantation, scalp replantation, head and neck reconstruction with free tissue transfers, micro vascular surgery and craniofacial surgery.

PRACTICE
Dr. Brou opened his private practice in Oklahoma City in 1995. He specializes in primary and corrective breast surgery, body contouring, particularly after massive weight loss, facial rejuvenation and applications of fat grafting. Dr. Brou is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has successfully met education, practice, examination, and ethical standards of excellence for the most respected board in his field. As a result, he can take you beyond your reflection and change the way you see yourself. In 2000, he expanded his practice, adding a Medical Spa. Under his direction, Kyndra Morris PA-C, his passionate team of nurses, licensed esthetician and certified medical assistants have 55 years combined experience in aesthetics and non-surgical face and body contouring.
PERSONAL
Dr. Brou is an enthusiast athlete and runner and has participated in several Memorial Marathons locally, he is an avid windsurfer and practices ball room dancing with his wife of over 35 years, Ziggy.

Ziggy Brou
Ziggy was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Lima, Peru, where she attended the prestigious university Cayetano Heredia and met Dr. Brou. After attending college at the University of Jerusalem and obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology, she then pursued a career as a respiratory therapist in Miami, Florida, where she married Dr Brou. Ziggy supported Dr Brou with his seven year residency as the family grew bigger. In Oklahoma Ziggy volunteered at Clegern elementary school in Edmond and later became part of the staff as a librarian assistant participating in many educational units with the students directly. She was later recruited by Premier Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics as the Chief Financial Officer.
Ziggy loves spending time with her four children and two grandchildren.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, business development, and executive management, Nuria Fajardo serves as the Practice and Marketing Director for Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics. For the past five years, she has worked alongside board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Juan Brou, leading the strategic growth of both the plastic surgery practice and medical spa while overseeing operations, marketing, patient experience, and business development.
Nuria combines executive leadership with a deep understanding of aesthetic medicine. Her expertise includes practice management, team development, patient acquisition, digital strategy, brand positioning, operational excellence, and creating exceptional patient experiences that support long-term practice growth.
Her educational background includes a Spa & Wellness Management Certificate from the University of California, a Business Coaching Certification from Oklahoma State University, an ICAP Certification in Integrated Communications for Advertising and Public Relations from Florida International University, and advanced certifications in Digital Marketing from ESAN Graduate School and ESIC Business & Marketing School in Madrid, Spain.
Before joining Premier, Nuria built an international career leading marketing, communications, and event strategies for multinational corporations and globally recognized brands. She also directed corporate and cultural events for Estefan Enterprises in Miami, further strengthening her expertise in brand development, strategic communications, and executive leadership.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for innovation, Nuria is committed to elevating Premier's patient experience while driving growth through operational excellence, strategic marketing, and a culture centered on exceptional care. Fluent in Spanish and German, she remains dedicated to advancing the practice, empowering her team, and supporting Premier's continued success.

Danielle brings a diverse background and a deep passion for healthcare and beauty to our team. With extensive experience in nursing and aesthetics and being a stylist, she seamlessly blends her skills to provide exceptional care. Recently, Danielle completed her master’s degree in nursing, specializing as a nurse practitioner, and decided to focus on aesthetic medicine. This allows her to combine her love for beauty with her medical expertise, offering a unique and holistic approach to patient care.
Danielle has developed advanced skills in administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sciton lasers, RF Microneedling, and Diamond Glow treatments. Her credentials include certifications as a ZO Skin Health Expert and a SkinPen Precision + PRP provider, highlighting her dedication to excellence and innovation in aesthetic care. Her intensive training and commitment to staying current with the latest techniques ensure that she delivers outstanding results.

Brittany was born and raised in Oklahoma. She has worked as a medical assistant most of her adult life, many of which have been in the medical spa industry. Brittany performs lash extension application in her spare time. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and being outdoors.
Brittany graduated from Coolsculpting University. Brittany is a expert when it comes to CoolSculpting – a FDA cleared treatment to reduce fat. Premier is beyond lucky to have Britt and we couldn’t be more proud.
