At Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policies before completing your purchase:

Service Sales

All sales for treatments, including services received or booked in advance, are final. Results from aesthetic treatments vary depending on the individual, and while we strive for excellent outcomes, they cannot be guaranteed. If additional sessions are needed to achieve optimal results, they will be at the client’s expense.

Prepaid Treatments

Prepaid treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable. If needed, prepaid amounts can be converted into in-store credit to use toward other treatments or products.

Product Purchases

All skincare and retail product sales are final. If you receive a defective product, it can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase, and you should bring the defective product to us.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
