Booking Fee Policy–Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic
At Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional care and personalized attention to each of our patients. To ensure we are able to properly accommodate every individual and uphold the value of your time as well as that of our providers, we have implemented a booking fee policy for all appointments and consultations.
When scheduling an appointment, whether it's for a skincare consultation, injectable treatment, laser service, or other aesthetic or surgical consultation, we require a $50booking fee to secure your spot. This fee is collected at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment or purchase during your visit
Cancellation Policy – Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics
This policy helps us minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which ultimately protects valuable time for our medical providers and ensures availability for other patients seeking care. It is also a commitment on both sides—ours to provide the best service possible, and yours to prioritize your appointment.
We understand that unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the $50 fee, as it becomes increasingly difficult for us to fill those appointment times on short notice.
Please note that the booking fee is non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. However, if proper notice is given, we are happy to transfer the booking fee to your rescheduled appointment or apply it toward any future services.

We value your time and ours. Please note that we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the $50 booking fee will be forfeited—it will not be applied toward MedSpa services or skincare purchases.
Premier Rewards Points Policy – Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics
Patients enrolled in our Premier Rewards Program may apply their points toward the purchase of services or retail products. However, points may only be used to cover up to 50% of the total cost of any single service or product. The remaining balance must be paid using another form of payment at the time of purchase.
Pre - Paid Package Policy - Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics
All pre-paid treatments and packages at Premier must be used within12 months of the original purchase date. After this period, unused services will be forfeited. If you are found to be medically ineligible for a pre-paid service, we will gladly issue a Premier credit that may be applied toward other eligible services or products. Refunds are not available for pre-paid purchases.

Refund Policy - Premier Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics
At Premier, we are committed to providing high-quality care and personalized treatment plans. Due to the nature of aesthetic services and the variability in individual results, payments for services already provided are non-refundable. While we strive to meet each patient’s goals, outcomes can vary, and additional treatments may be necessary at the patient’s expense to achieve the desired result.
Product Returns: We are unable to offer refunds on retail skincare purchases. If a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards may be used toward any qualifying Premier MedSpa service or product.
