Missed Appointments, Cancellation, & Late Policy
We understand that your time is just as valuable as ours, so we ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which will allow us to provide better scheduling availability.
Our policy requires:
Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a text message 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment which will require your response in order to confirm your reservation.
Timely Reschedule or Cancellation: If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we do require a 48 hour notice.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment and you will forfeit your time.
Compliance: Patients are allowed 2 missed appointments in a calendar year at which time we reserve the right to refuse future appointments
Retainer: We do require a credit or debit card number in order to hold your appointment time. If you do not comply with our Timely Reschedule or Cancellation and Late Arrivals policies outlined above, you will be charged $50.
